Fallout 3 Talking Tree Location: The Secret of Oasis and the Treeminders

When you finally approach, you'll be informed that you should come inside as someone referred to as "He" has been expecting you. Upon entering, you may remember Three Dog of Galaxy News Radio talking about a place with lots of trees. This would be it! Nope, Three Dog wasn't just high on Jet, it really exists. At any rate, talk to Tree Father Birch once inside and he'll tell you that to meet "him" you must pass a ritual of purification. If you pass a speech check, Birch will tell you a bit more about who He is, but that's not necessary. Drink from the basin as instructed, it's the little tree trunk with roots growing out of it in the center. You can't drink from it just yet, as Birch says, the Tree Minders have to assemble first. Wait on them, then have a drink. They'll recite an odd ritual and you'll pass out, waking up in a grove.

Fallout 3 Talking Tree Locationl

Wyress Gwen tells you that there is one more evil spirit you need to defeat inside of the tree, but the guardians will help you. When you're ready go through the big door into the tree. Inside the tree is the Corruption of the Tree it can be a tough fight so be prepared. The Guardian of the Water, Guardian of the Air and the Guardian of the Earth will help you during this fight. When the Corruption of the Tree pulls you in be ready for a really powerful attack, one of the Guardians will then start talking, so look for the one that's glowing and try to reach them in time otherwise you will lose a big chunk of your health. When he's not doing the strong attack hit him. He also has a projectile attack similar to the one that the Corruptions used in the previous quest, so just block those. When you beat him watch the scene and then exit the tree. Talk to Wyress Gwen across the wooden bridge in front of you to complete the quest.
